Welcome to Reworks Upcycle Shop. We’re so glad you’re here. Make yourself comfortable and have a good time, but please follow our shop rules.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

Reworks Upcycle Shop uses Shopify Payments for all major credit cards as its payment method on its website. This technology encrypts your personal and order information and offers you a secure online experience. 

Gift card

  • Gift cards are redeemable at Reworks Upcycle Shop manually via a phone call or email or online via Shopify.
  • Gift cards can be purchased at shopreworks.ca.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Gift cards do not expire. You can check the balance by request at Reworks Upcycle Shop or by calling us at 778-454-2411. You will need to have your your gift card number in order to check your balance. If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to a new gift card.
  • Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash.

Taxes, customs, and duties

All Canadian residents are subject to the taxes charged by the province or territory the order is being shipped to. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes.
For USA deliveries, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country. Reworks Upcycle Shop is not responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance.

Security and privacy

The information you provide us with when placing an order online is used to process and complete your order. We will not share this information with any outside parties excepting Canada Post in order to complete the shipping of your order. We may contact you if there is a question regarding your order. If that is the case, we will use the email address and/or telephone number you provide us with when placing your order. You will not receive information required to track your package. You may request a tracking number and the information will be sent the the email address provided by you.
